Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns:

- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

- Tags must be attached

- No signs of wear, washing, stains, or damage

Non-Returnable Items:

- Final sale items

- Worn, washed, or damaged products

- Items returned without approval

Return Process:

- Contact us at vbsan.help@gmail.com within 14 days

- Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions

- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Refunds:

- Approved returns are eligible for up to 95% refund of the product price

- Shipping fees are non-refundable

- A small portion may be deducted as restocking/processing fee

Refund Method:

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Razorpay / PayPal)

- Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection

Important:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy
